What if the weather is bad?

In the event the bus is cancelled due to weather, you will be notified by email up to 12 hours before departure. Refunds will be processed through Stripe.

What's the refund policy?

You can cancel your ticket and get a refund up to 12-hours in advance of the trip.

What if I miss the bus?

The bus has a small grace period. We don’t want to leave without you, but we will. Check in with your Bend Bus Attendant to ensure you make it home accounted for.

Where are the bus pickup & drop-off locations?

London to Grand Bend

  • Pick Up #1:
    You can find us at Citi Plaza on Wellington, in between Dundas and King Streets.

  • Pick Up #2:  
    We’ll be near the major bus terminal at Masonville Mall, just off Richmond Street.

  • Drop Off: Grand Bend Municipal Office

London to Port Stanley

  • Pick Up #1:
    You can find us at Citi Plaza on Wellington, in between Dundas and King Streets.

  • Pick Up #2:
    We’ll be parked in the Canadian Tire parking lot with a big yellow bus.

  • Pick Up #3:
    Find us at the Joe Thornton Community Centre for the final stop on our journey!

  • Drop Off: William Street Roundabout by the beach (next to Mackies)

Is the bus wheelchair accessible?

Not presently. We are currently working towards making Bend Bus wheelchair accessible.

Can I extend my stay at the beach?

There are one-way ticket options for all our routes. You can extend your stay at the beach, but please remember that Bend Bus only operates on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holiday Mondays!

Can I consume alcohol on the bus?

Nope.

Can I bring a pet?

Nope.

Fine, what can I bring?

Whatever you can fit on your lap or under the seat in front of you. Special accommodations for strollers and accessibility.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

There is no printable ticket option. The confirmation email that you received upon placing your order serves as your ticket!

Is my ticket transferrable?

You have the option to transfer the ticket once it is emailed to you.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket doesn't match the person who attends?

Please notify your Bend Bus attendant if there are any changes to the ticket holder.
